For best results, take on an empty stomach and do not take within 2 hours of pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter drugs, or other dietary supplements. Follow dosage with plenty of non-chlorinated, filtered water or as directed by your Health Care Practitioner.

Maintenance Protocol:
- Take 1 fl. oz. per day, six days per week.

Performance Protocol:
- For maximum bio-availability, absorption, and cellular utilization, take 1 fl. oz. of intraMAX in the morning on an empty stomach or just after food for those with sensitive GI tracts. Also take 1 fl. oz. of intraMIN following dosage of intraMAX.

Enhanced Daily Rotational Detox & Strengthening Protocol:
- Following this protocol, the body will not acclimate to a single standard dose, thus allowing for maximum overall response, absorption, bioavailability, and utilization.
Mondays & Thursdays: 1/2 oz., two times a day.
Tuesdays & Fridays: 3/4 oz., two times a day.
Wednesdays & Saturdays: 1 oz., two times a day.
Sundays: Take off

Children’s Protocol for intraMAX (ages 4 to 12):
- Take ½ fl. oz. per day, six days per week.

Athletes Protocol:
1. Before a Game or Strenuous Practice:
- intraMIN with electrolytes (Activator / Catalyst / Carrier):
Start with 1 oz of each (intraMIN & intraMAX) for a couple of days to adapt. After that, you can slowly increase up to 2 oz of each. intraMIN is the Activator / Catalyst / Carrier—think of it as the "lighter fluid" for intraMAX. It also contains over 15 Organically-bound electrolytes.
- Take 1 oz (work up to 2 oz). A capful is 1 oz.
- Wait approximately 20 to 30 seconds, then take intraMAX (see below).
- intraMAX®:
- Take 1 oz (work up to 2 oz). A capful is 1 oz.
- Take with 6 to 8 oz of non-chlorinated, filtered water (spring water is best).
2. During a Game (for Endurance, Strength, or to Prevent Cramping):
- intraMIN: Take 1 oz (work up to 2 oz). A capful is 1 oz.
- Wait approximately 20 to 30 seconds, then take intraMAX (see below).
- intraMAX: Take 1 oz (work up to 2 oz). A capful is 1 oz.
- Take with 6 to 8 oz of non-chlorinated, filtered water (spring water is best).
3. After a Game or Strenuous Practice:
- intraMIN: Take an additional 1 oz (work up to 2 oz). A capful is 1 oz.
- Wait approximately 20 to 30 seconds, then take intraMAX (see below).
- intraMAX: Take an additional 1 oz (work up to 2 oz). A capful is 1 oz.
- Take with 6 to 8 oz of non-chlorinated, filtered water (spring water is best).

Additional Guidelines:
• Dose Rotation: Keep your dose rotating so the body does not get used to any one particular dose. This prevents acclimation to a single standardized dose, allowing for maximum overall performance, energy and response (i.e., absorption, bioavailability, and utilization at the cellular level).
• Avoid Interactions: Please avoid taking intraMIN®or intraMAX®with pharmaceuticals or other supplements. Wait at least 1 hour (an hour and a half is even better) between taking these supplements and any other medications or supplements. IntraMIN and intraMAX are powerful carriers and can carry anything else you are taking into the bloodstream.
